You can, however, make it a text "measure" column and use Measure Names in the Columns shelf to give it a header. those are not column headers, the February and 27 are row headers, and the text Month of Date is a label. The Jitter measure defaults to being the headers on the bottom and you have to hide them because they just say "jitter" in every column. The data that support the "Nation" value is a different data source than the State source, and I had to link the two by category.
